The Fifth Annual Keep Carroll Beautiful Green Run will be held Saturday, October 22nd along the beautiful Carrollton GreenBelt.

Keep Carroll Beautiful, in partnership with local businesses, uses this race to raise much-needed funds for our community recycling events, beautification efforts, and litter prevention & clean up.

The Route

The race will start from the Target trailhead and follow the path towards the Carrollton City Schools Campus and down Ben Scott Boulevard before turning onto the shaded section along Buffalo Creek. Runners will conquer the hill leading to Hays Mill Trailhead and pass Laura's Park getting on the bridge over the Buffalo Creek Shoals. (Water and restroom available in this area). A sharp turn and quick downhill lead to the Hays Mill Road Underpass (stay in your lane all the way through this limited visibility section) and you are almost at the turnaround point! Now just follow the path back to Target Trailhead and claim your medal, grab some snacks, and find a spot to rest!

We encourage everyone to social distance before and after the race. Masks will be required during packet pickup and for day-off signups.

The Schedule

The race starts at 8 am, Saturday, October 22nd.

Awards begin at 9 am.

If needed, the runners will be staggered into smaller groups to comply with CDC recommendations and state regulations on social gatherings in effect at the time of the race.
